Formerly kingsguard. My name is Konika though I've been called everything from Koko to Konka Truck to Kinko's. I'm a twenty-two year old nerdified loser, sheep, procrastinator, and college student with no direction. I enjoy foreign films and all things that induce endorphins the shade of sunshine yellow.
Currently preoccupied with: Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, Suits, The Hour, Felicity Jones' face, and anything at all Avengers related.

Keira Knightley - Flaunt magazine interview

(via babysansa)

myrandomheart:

KEIRA: But you certainly don’t make…well I certainly don’t make films, or go into films going, “ooh, this could be the one” because it has to be about the film itself. It’s not about the, you know, it’s about just trying to…to tell that story and trying to get as much creatively as you possibly can so that you can do your job to the best…the best that you can possibly do it.JAMES: I wouldn’t have done this job if I didn’t think we could win Oscars with it.KEIRA: You are so annoying!  He’s bullshitting the whole time! I’m trying to keep this serious and you’re going down that route!

Atonement - “I never made that journey to Balham. So the scene in which I confess to them is invented, imagined. And, in fact, could never have happened… .because Robbie Turner died of septicaemia at Bray Dunes on the first of June 1940, the last day of the evacuation…and I was never able to put things right with my sister Cecilia….because she was killed on the 15th of October, 1940 by the bomb that destroyed the gas and water mains above Balham tube station. So, my sister and Robbie were never able to have the time together they both so longed for… and deserved. Which ever since I’ve… ever since I’ve always felt I prevented. But what sense of hope or satisfaction could a reader derive from an ending like that? So in the book, I wanted to give Robbie and Cecilia what they lost out on in life. I’d like to think this isn’t weakness or… evasion… but a final act of kindness. I gave them their happiness.”
